About Ekohotel Koroš***

Since 1995, our family has been running the first Mountain Bike Hotel in Slovenia. The old hotel (Club Krnes) was situated in the middle of a small town. In that time, we have been dreaming of a location with good views, somewhere in the countryside. The dreams came true and the new location we found is at the beautiful tourist farm called Koroš. It is situated in Jamnica at the edge of the Karavanke mountain range.

Hotels generally are defined by the number of stars and standards that most of the time only guarantees for an atmosphere of boredom. Therefore we decided to establish a club type hotel which specialises in programmes for mountain biking and mountain adventures. Our hotel provides a basis for the activities which take place in the surrounding woods and mountains.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served from 7:30 – 10:00 O'clock. It consists of fresh fruits, regional products, fruits juices, cottage cheese, natural yogurts, different types of wholemeal bread, fresh eggs dishes, different cereals, fruits and herbal teas, drinkable water for the tours.

Energy bars and drinks

Sports nutrition’s from our cooperation partner Xenofit (bards and drinks) are presented in our hotel and offered for sale.

Dinners

Dinner is served at 19:00 o’clock for all guests at the same time. Dinner must be pre-ordered. Instruction for that you receive at check-in. Most of dinner menu consists of organic products from our own organic production.
